The factory applies Lean Manufacturing that considers the valuation of resources during the manufacturing process and with the focus on minimizing waste. The benefits of lean include reduced lead times, reduced operating costs and improved product quality, to name just a few.

Full customization

Our production line works with multiple choices of fabrics and mesh such as cotton twill, organic cotton, wool, polyester or acrylic.

Besides the design or the model, we are able to produce promotional cap or ready to sell high-end finishing products for your brand.

The cap is 100% adjustable from the visor to the strap, embroidery and color. The inside tape and the labels are also fully customizable.

The R&D department can design and develop any style of cap that a customer brings and make it perfectly and quickly with the advantage of our many decades of “hands-on” experience.

Our current MOQ is 100pcs per style but we are offering better quote starting at 300pcs. It takes generally between 4 to 5 weeks to complete a production after sample approval.

The production process is the following:

Design > Buy Material > Cut material > Embroidery > Sewing Panels > Edge Cutting > Sewing Eye-airs > Sewing Brim & Sweat Band > Installing Button > Installing Closure > Trimming Extra Threads > QC > Packing > Delivery.
